We took an initiative for the underprivileged rural area people for eliminating the poverty and we are setup a Handicrafts factory “AK Style Crafts Limited” and create employment for this rural area women where they are producing home décor product Handmade Rugs, Basket sustainable product from natural Jute fibers & sea grass all product are environment friendly and biodegradable and we also made the Rag Rugs from garments waste fabric which will protected our environment from the pollution. Now the rural area people work in this facility and earn for their family it’s directly impact on their livelihood for carry better quality of life, here the most of worker are women which is also make the women empowerment of this rural area.

The last Northern Rural area Scenario of Bangladesh. 
It’s very rural area of Nazimkhan Bazar, Rajarhat Road. Upazila-Rajarhat District-Kurigram. it’s located in the last northern area of Bangladesh. As geographic maps this area on downstairs from the center area. This area every year must be suffer by the natural disaster due to the lot of river passing way on this area from beside country it’s connect on biggest river near the(Brahmaputra) river. This river source create from outside country Himalaya Mountain & finally it’s connect with Bay Of Bengal Ocean. Due to this riverest area natural disaster flood & river erosion common scenario in this northern rural area of Bangladesh. This flood highly effect on village people with their cultivate crops and others planed field also destroy & after the flood they suffering too much poverty every year.

WHAT WE ARE DOING

As a social entrepreneur we start a project in this rural area for setup a handicrafts factory name “AK Style Crafts Limited” in this factory the rural women work in here. We are producing home décor product Handmade Rugs from natural Jute fiber & Basket from sea grass all sustainable product which is environment friendly and biodegradable. And also used the garments waste fabric as made of a recycling product it will protect our nature. We believe that the way of business where there is opportunity to improve the quality of life in rural areas. And we have a different concept AK Style Crafts Limited is trying to make as a role model when the most of the entrepreneurs are trying to establish their factories around the capital city of Bangladesh, which is creates a problematic imbalance between urban and rural areas. The capital city area factory worker income amount fully spent for living costs, on the others hand for the rural areas worker income amount help for the family people to  improve their quality of life and also they send their children to school and enable savings and it’s empowerment of the women as income earners each family this rural area. This small production units directly in the villages are the solution to make more employment in a large industrial chain accessible to rural workers. All employees can stay with their family, in their own house and every day they spent happy moment and can share with all family members. In the morning they join in work by foot walking with smiling face & fresh mind. This fresh mind also help to the worker for produced the Quality full product.
